A Prayer of Healing and Trust
Heavenly Father, I come to You, acknowledging the contrasts between the world's voice and Yours. Help me to align my heart and mind with Your truth. The world says, "Grab as much power as you can," but You say, "Be a servant," for the greatest are those who serve others (Matthew 23:11). The world says, "More money, more happiness," but You say, "Those who love money will never have enough" (Ecclesiastes 5:10). Help me to find contentment in You. The world says, "Focus on basic needs," but You say, "Seek God, and He will supply all your needs" (Matthew 6:25-33). I trust You to provide for me. The world says, "Death is the end," but You say, "Death is only the beginning" (John 11:25-26). Help me to fix my eyes on eternity. The world says, "Follow your gut," but You say, "Lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Me, and I will direct your path" (Proverbs 3:5-6). The world says, ...
